Illness and disease can feel like it appears suddenly, seemingly coming out of nowhere. This is rarely the case however as your body gives you many small signs long before permanent or difficult-to-treat problems arise. Unfortunately, we often ignore these signs, fobbing them off as old age or bad genetics, instead of acknowledging that our lifestyle (diet, exercise, emotional well-being) is increasing our total toxic load day-by-day. It’s good to take a moment to assess your toxic load (and thus the urgency for change).
