    • Haemorrhoids – S1/S2/S3 Today a friend mentioned he has haemorrhoids which he's on a wait list for surgery to "fix" as he's one of my 'pharmaceutical only' friends ;-) Page 85 recommends S1, S2, S3. I was thinking a suppository for him for a 'topical' application but conscious of the recommendation for S1 to be taken in isolation. Thoughts on the following options for a suppository with an hour between the two AM and two PM dosages? AM, 2 x S1 in an empty veggie capsule AM, 2 x S2 & 2 x S3 in an empty veggie capsule PM, 2 x S1 i nan empty veggie capsule PM, 2 x S2 & S 2 S3 in an empty veggie capsule Possibly with bit of water in the veggie capsule to help dissolve the capsule and also dissolve the tabs?

    • Step 2: Demonstration Hi.  Thank you for the demonstration.  It is helpful to see how to use the different methods, in action.  I have 2 questions regarding the Hot 7 and the water bottle methods please. 1.  In the demonstration of the Hot 7, Maria mixes #2 (Calcium) and #6 (Potassium), but the cheat sheet mentions that the combination of these (Calcium and Potassium) should be avoided? 2.  The water bottle used in the demonstration is metal, but when crushing the tissue salts we should not use a metal spoon. So I would just like to clarify if there are times that those “rules” are not valid? Thank you so much. Kind regards Yvette

    • Cramping & sleep issues If I don't take a good magnesium supplement then I get feet and calf cramps and battle to fall asleep. So I'm putting 8 tabs #7 and 8 tabs #2 in my water bottle in the morning and sipping it.  Started it off with an epsom salts bath and seems to be working. Is this enough to get my magnesium levels up to normal? And once they are up to normal do I just maintain it with 2 tabs #7 morning and evening?

    • Painful itchy scar Hi all, Thought I'd share my recommendation to a friend who has a large painful and itchy scar. I recommended a combination of essential oils and tissue salts: Helichrysum and frankincense are the two oils for scars. Find a water based cream (with no nasties) and add calcium Phosphate (s2) and Silca (s11) tissue salts (crushed with wooden spoon) along with the oils. Another alternative is to get the young living boswelia cream and add Helichrysum essential oils and the tissue salts to that.  I'd also take the tissue salts under the tongue twice daily for 8 weeks.

    • Mucus Catarrh (excessive discharge or build -up of mucus in the nose or throat, associated with inflammation of the mucous membrane) Severe Case Dissolve in a glass of warm water morning & night swirl around mouth then swallow TISSUE SALT # 3 (Iron Phosphate), # 4 (Potassium Chloride), # 6 (Potassium Sulphate) and # 8 (Sodium Chloride) after further reading I can see I could add # 12 (Calc Sulph) to loosen Mucus as well I'm learning hope I'm on the right track here?? Cheers Maria Maxine

    • TAKE ACTION- Homework Ailment- wart. Acute or Chronic?=Chronic. Pg 95 says Tissue Salt 1- Calcium Fluoride plus oils— Tea Tree, Oregano and Frankincense.  Also Lemongrass.   Reason for low Calcium Fluoride=too acid.         Take 1-2 tablets twice daily by themselves(don’t mix with other tissue salts ) There are many of the suggested symptoms that I don’t have, like no crow’s feet, no discolouration around the eyes, no ridge on the tongue, no back pain etc but I obviously have a hardening of the skin. I have previously had the little wart on my finger removed twice by the dr, but it just grew back. I have also tried rubbing oregano on it numerous times a day for months. It doesn’t get any bigger but I am hoping that the mineral salts, tissue salt #1 will help remove it.

    • Take Action – My daily routine Hi all, After reading through the book there's been one protocol I keep going back to - the skin/liver/pancreas protocol in S6. Bottom of page 48 and onto page 49, tissue salts 10/6/12 so I've added a 6wk recurring appointment in my calendar with a reminder for... 8am, 2 x S10 1pm, 2 x S6 6pm, 2 x S12 Whilst I don't have any acute conditions, I'm conscious of how important the liver is so this is my new 6wk friend. Thoughts? Cheers, Scott.
