For the first 2 weeks its get better but seems like whenever the flare up comes back, its spread more. I have just started to give him tissue salt 4,6,11,12 2tabs each twice a day to improve his skin condition. Should I give him 3 and 4 when flare up(photo below)? Crushed and rub on the skin ? Calcium magnesium ratio Hi Maria, I've been doing the dose of 10x S2 and 10x S7 in my water bottle for the cramping and sleep issues. But you reminded us that we should also have S1 (separately) if we are low in S2. And S1 is maximum of 1-2 tablets a day? And then the ratio of the calcium and magnesium here is 1:1 and not the 2:1 so do I need to balance this?

Frozen shoulder Has anyone had any success treating a 'Frozen shoulder'? I'm thinking it would need S1 for flexibilty and breaking down any harness/scar tissue? And then S3 for the throbbing pain and inflammation?

Immune support Hi Maria, I'm just checking - in the last post on treating the 1yr-olds cough you said S2 + S7 for immune system but in your book you say S3 + S4?

TAKE ACTION – Cough Hi Maria, please correct me if im wrong. For 1 Year old boy who is having cough (sounds dry with hoarseness voice), but can hear mucus noise when he breathe. Mucus is clear meaning no sign of infections. I can give him tissue salts 2,4 and 7 , 2 each tablets mixed with 60ml warm water and let him drink when the cough started. And reduce the tissue salts when the cough reduce. Am I correct? But what is the maximum can i give in 1 day for 1 year old ? It says in the book its up to 2-3 tablets over the day depending on the condition. On top of that I can add 2 tablets each for tissue salt 3 and 4 (twice a day) for his immune system to kick in. Let me know ur thought. This is what I can think of based on the situation. But since its for 1yo, im not to sure will that be too much tissue salts consumption in a day. Thanks Regards Widy

Colic and ‘wind’ question Hi Maria, I'm trying to help a mum with a two month old battling with wind. You mentioned tissue salt 2 for digestive enzymes. Would #7 also help with digestive enzymes. And to help them pass the gas would that be #7?

DIGESTIVE ISSUES Hi Maria, I have read your book, and it says that digestive issues can use tissue salt #2, for better absorption, do I need to mix it with tissue salt #7? In ratio of 2:1 so 2 tissue salt#2 and 1 tissue salt 7. Will it be better to take the tissue salts(to help with digestive) before food or after food?? Thanks

Where do supplements fit in Hi Maria. I'm still battling to understand when it's best to take a mineral supplement and when to use a tissue salt? Also, are you able to answer my post on the 'Colic & wind' when you have a moment :)

Feeling Lethargic and tired I don't know what's going on with me but I had a big job and a lot of stress on Saturday and Sunday last, now (Tuesday) I'm still not feeling refreshed after 10 hours sleep last night. I don't know if I'm just exhausted or body is fighting something? I have taken tissue salt #7 for fatigue, one every 20 minutes. Now spaced away, taking tissue salt #8. Any other suggestions ?
