    • Zucchini Snack Cut zucchini into slices, toss in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt and pepper, paprika and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 230 degrees, or try air fryer. Using paprika for flavor, may also boost metabolism, reduce appetite, lower blood pressure.

    • Grain Free Blueberry Muffins Oven 160 degreees. Greased muffin pans. 3 large eggs.  2 cups of almond meal, or sunflower, or pumkin seed flour. 1 banana.  2Tablespoons raw honey or pure maple syrup 100grams butter or nutlex, or oil.  3/4 teaspoon baking soda.1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 tablespoon vanilla essence. Blitz together, fold in 3/4 cups of blueberries, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
